Holiday House Šimurina is a charming traditional stone house located in the peaceful surroundings of Zemunik Gornji, near Zadar. Designed for families and smaller groups, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and offers plenty of space for a relaxing and private holiday.

The house features 2 comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals together.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a massage jacuzzi and a spacious, fully enclosed 1,000 m² garden surrounded by greenery. The traditional Dalmatian tavern with an authentic stone fireplace is ideal for barbecues and evenings spent with family or friends.
