Villa Pelin and Holiday House Šimurina are two private holiday homes located in the peaceful village of Zemunik Gornji, near Zadar. Surrounded by greenery and away from the busy tourist crowds, both properties offer the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Villa Pelin is a spacious and modern property designed for groups of up to 10 guests. It offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a private swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, a modern Dalmatian tavern with an indoor barbecue and billiards, as well as numerous sports and entertainment facilities.

Holiday House Šimurina is a charming traditional stone house suitable for up to 6 guests. It features two bedrooms, a private swimming pool, massage jacuzzi and an authentic Dalmatian tavern, all situated within a fully enclosed 1,000 m² garden.
